HIBERNATION (Twins Venture into Collaboration)

Whilst sitting in their chairs that Monday evening, Hanna and Laurie pondered the description of their upcoming collaborative venture.

Silence and the clock's ticking accompanied their delve into twintrospection.

"How about: Hibernation is an exploration of, of...our 'twinship'...as individual identities being amalgamated into a singular existence.", mumbled Laurie.

"Hmmm.", replied Hanna. "Yes, I was thinking: Hibernation is an exploration of our 'twinship' as individual identities amalgamated into a singular existence."

"Right," murmured both girls in unison.

Hibernation, a photographic installation, is an exploration of our 'twinship' as individual identities being amalgamated into a singular existence.


Laurie Kang graduated from Concordia University with a BFA in Photography. She currently lives and works out of Toronto. www.lauriekang.com
Hanna Kang graduated from Concordia University with a BFA in Studio Arts and a minor in Photography. She currently lives and works out of Toronto.
